AI defaults to "elemental creature" instead of "person with elemental heritage." The rule: person first, element second. Pick 2-3 elemental features max — eyes + skin tone + one texture detail.

Fire Genasi

AI goes maximum volcano mode. Rein it in.

Skin: "warm reddish-bronze skin" or "deep amber with faint veins of orange-gold." Avoid "glowing" or "burning."

Hair: "hair like smoldering embers, dark at roots fading to orange-red at tips." Should suggest fire, not be fire.

Eyes: "smoldering orange eyes" or "eyes like hot coals." Eyes handle drama well.

Water Genasi

AI makes them look wet rather than aquatic.

Skin: "skin with blue-green undertone and faint iridescent sheen." Key word is "undertone."

Hair: "hair that flows as if underwater even in still air." Movement, not wetness.

Eyes: "dark blue eyes like deep ocean" or "sea-green eyes with shifting depth."

Subtlest element. Can easily look too human.

Skin: "very pale, almost translucent" or "light blue-tinged like a clear sky."

Hair: The primary marker. "Silver-white hair floating in an unfelt breeze." Hair movement is the strongest tell.

Eyes: "pale silver eyes" or "eyes like a clear sky, nearly white."

Earth Genasi

Most visually striking when done well. AI makes them literal rock.

Skin: "stone-gray skin with visible granite-like texture" or "deep brown skin with crystalline deposits along brow." Living stone, not dead rock.

Hair: "dark hair with metallic sheen" or bald with "smooth stone-textured scalp with mineral veining."

Eyes: "deep amber eyes like polished agate" or "crystal-faceted eyes."
